The position of Housing Manager oversees the implementation of housing safety codes along with pay statements from the Community Members who are currently renting from TFN. Upon further need for consultation monthly Committee Meetings are held to ensure that the most informed decision is reached. All tenant pay statements and documentations are organized in physical and digital formats; many forms are in use to coordinate efforts to implement an Active Directory on the Main IR #1.
